Intensive advice in the initial stages of planning, as well as active support on site during the use of our products, are standard procedures for us.
We provide coating specifications which include all design details and exact working methods.
As well as the design layout, we also offer to produce mould gauges, masters and the complete moulding equipment.
Development
In our laboratories we develop, in close co-operation with our customers, materials which guarantee the best technical and commercial solution.
The results from material research and our tribology laboratory, make a major contribution to the ongoing development of our standard products.
Production & Quality Assurance
Our production is equipped with the latest mixing and dosing technology. Custom-made products and special pack sizes are computer-controlled and produced at not extra cost.
Equipped with sophisticated measuring instruments, scanning electron microscope, X-ray micro-analysis and thermo-differential analysis – our laboratory continually monitors all quality-related parameters of our products. The laboratory is also available to our customers for individual investigations; for example:
examining surface structures.The quality management, certified to DIN EN ISO 9001, ensures our high quality standards are continually maintained.
